The map of the study area identifies all of the habitat blocks in the mainstem where adult fish have been tagged (refer also to the individual block maps). It also shows the systematic layout of sample sites in several of the tributaries included in the juvenile component of the population study. Not all tributaries are visible on this diagram (e.g. Upper Elk Valley towards Elk Lake Provincial Park).

In the right sidebar, you can view, download, and print off the aerial maps of each individual habitat block. The waypoints indicate where fish have been tagged. These maps will be useful for you in determining where to go and fish in relation to the waypoints. These maps are being updated with the data from 2007. Blocks A and B are now available.
